About Us
Our philosophy is that all children are explorers and creators. We learn by playing, crafting, and engaging with each other. We believe that all children are unique and deserve respect, love, and security while in our Centre.
We are a Star 4 childcare center with Keystone Stars and we follow all DHS health and safety guidelines. We maintain audits and observations throughout the year to keep our licensure up-to-date.
Health & Safety
We follow all state health and safety standards, as well as Keystone Stars health and safety standards.
Our Centre is cleaned and disinfected daily and is deep-cleaned weekly. We strive to provide a safe and healthy learning environment for our children.
Food Program
We’re proud to provide well-balanced and nutritious meals, at no additional charge to our families. Meals and snacks are served family style as part of our program. Infant formula and food are included in tuition.
We participate in the CACFP food program sponsored by the US Dept. of Agriculture.

Keystone Stars
Keystone STARS is Pennsylvania’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS). A QRIS is a continuous quality improvement systemic approach to assess, improve, and communicate the level of quality in early and school-age care and education programs. Keystone STARS is a program of Pennsylvania’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL).
Our Guiding Principles
Keystone STARS is a responsive system to improve, support, and recognize the continuous quality improvement efforts of early learning programs in Pennsylvania. Our system is guided by three core principles:
